Took me awhile to sit down with this book, but when I did I could not stop till I was done - it was fascinating.

An amazing new mixture of genres and conventions. The images were mesmerizing, the words poetic.

Dare I say this? I believe I love this book better than "The Stand"...GASP!!! The pace is unbelievable...very impressive, especially for such a long book. Stephen King has a gift when it comes to that. I was on the edge of my seat through most of the book. Two thumbs way up!
